In Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 3, players will be tasked with six Island Hopper quests that require them to play community-made creative game modes.
In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, players can complete Island Hopper quests, which are a series of six challenges inspired by the Island Hopper playlist. Accordingly, players will be tasked with playing the community-made Creative game modes. Players can earn unique rewards in addition to XP if they can adjust to the new mechanics in the community-made game modes in time to finish the quests in Fortnite, which will no longer be available after July 6, 2022 at 10 AM ET.
The first quest will challenge players to collect 3000 resources in PvE One Trigger. In this game mode, players will be fighting to survive in the skies. They will begin the match on a small trigger, which players can strike to generate resources. If players manage to survive long enough, they will eventually reach a boss fight. To complete the resource gathering quest, players will want to be aggressive on the trigger early in the game and may have to play this game mode several times.

The second quest requires players to unlock 3 Achievements in Parkour Universe. This brightly colored course is inspired by a playground and features slides and other obstacles for players to climb, jump off, and run around on. As a combat-free map in Fortnite, the challenge to this game mode is simply to keep moving and stay alive without falling. As players explore this course, they will discover objectives and unlock the achievements that must be completed to finish the quest. Additionally, players will be tasked with unlocking 4 Achievements in Color Dash. For this map, all players will be in a car and the arena is full of colored tiles. Players will need to park their car on the assigned colored tile when instructed, and likely battle other players over the tile they need.

Players will also be tasked with getting 5 melee eliminations or collecting 50 coins in Fortnite in Ultimate Murder Mystery. This game is inspired by classic games pitting players against one another by giving one group secret information. For this map, players will be divided into either Hunters, Sheriffs or Innocents. The objective is for the Sheriffs to determine who the Hunters are before all the Innocents are killed. Players seeking to complete the quest will need to stay alive long enough to gather 50 coins or take out other players as Hunters.
Another Island Hopper quest is to use 8 Vending Machines in Blimp Wars. For Blimp Wars, players will find a 12v12 arena designed around players leaping between huge blimps. Accordingly, players will need to avoid falling as well as avoiding their opponents. To complete the quest, players will need to search the map for Vending Machines in Fortnite. The sixth and final quest is to eliminate 3 Prop Opponents in Prop Hunt – Mall. For this game mode, half of the players will be disguised as random objects found in the arena. The other players must try and detect the players hidden among the objects before time runs out. To complete the objective, players will need to successfully find and eliminate three opponents disguised as objects.
Successfully completing each Island Hopper quest will reward players with 10,000 XP, which can contribute significantly toward their progress for the Battle Pass. The order players complete the quests does not matter, as they will be rewarded with the Raven Spray and GG Emoticon for one quest, Tropical Infrared Wrap and Ravage Spray for successfully completing three quests, and Macaw Darkwings Back Bling and Tropic’s Beak Pickaxe for completing all six quests in Fortnite.
